1. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Requirements:
  • Responsible for providing secretarial support to Branch Manager activities with daily secretarial/administrative and personal assistances.
  • At least 2 years experience as a secretary
  • Has a high degree of integrity
  • Pleasant personality and excellent customer service orientation
GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Willing to be located in Medan branch
2. SERVICE RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Requirements:
  • Responsible for planning and providing service support to Wealth Managers to enable them to engage in more sales and relationship building activities, including to give active referral to Wealth Manager.
  •  At least 1- 3 years experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably in customer service
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to think outside the box when solving problems
  • Demonstrate ability in building and maintaining relationship with customer
GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
  • Bachelor degree or Master degree from a reputable university
  • Strong leadership and enthusiasm
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Willing to be located in Medan branch
3. WEALTH MANAGER
Requirements:
  • Responsible for acquiring, managing and growing a portfolio of accounts of high net worth individuals through sales and service of wealth management products including investment, insurance, liabilities, structured and treasury-related products.
  • At least 3 years experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably in sales and service of wealth management products.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to think outside the box when solving problems
  • Demonstrate ability in building and maintaining relationship with customer
GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
  • Bachelor degree or Master degree from a reputable university
  •  Strong leadership and enthusiasm
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Commercial acumen, marketing orientation and drive to succeed with personal credibility
  • Willing to be located in Medan branch
